As business representatives say, the main request from vacationers regarding booking rooms comes on December 30-31 and January 1.

Bakuriani Inn is almost fully booked on holidays. As the commercial director of the hotel, Nina Khotivar, said in a conversation with "Business Press News", the advance demand for the holidays had increased sharply compared to last year.

"At the end of 2025, compared to December 2024, advance inquiries have increased dramatically. Based on this, bookings for the winter period have been much more active. If we look directly at the New Year period, sales are effectively "closed" as of today. Only a few vacancies remain. i number. We are talking about exactly the period in which the New Year holiday is considered. I mean December 30, 31 and January 1.

The last numbers are fixed based on the changes in the bookings. Otherwise, as a rule, this period, under the conditions of such demand dynamics, is already the so-called Sold out.

Reservations started 2 months before at Plaza Hotel. As the owner of one of the apartments told "Business Press News", this segment of visitors was mainly looking for a room at a discounted price.

For a long period of time, those who wanted to stay, they still agree to discounted prices. However, if a person wants to rent for 2-3 days and is looking for an apartment at a discounted price, for 100 GEL per night, no one will rent it for that price. There will not be a place on New Year's Eve, I can assure you that all rooms will be full. Because there are many There are not enough spaces for rent and the flow is not so much, after the new year, somewhere from January 10-15, the prices and people will start to decrease.
