Speaking in the program, the Chairman of the Sectoral Economy and Economic Policy Committee emphasized the share and importance of commercial spaces in the project and noted that the services that the mentioned project will create will help bring high-income tourists to the country. 

"An important share here is the commercial part, which involves the construction of hotels, office centers, shopping centers and their accompanying infrastructure. This means, first of all, the construction of high-class hotels and class A offices, which means the income of global corporations "The emergence of Vla and their offices in Georgia, modern, A-class shopping centers means the entry of very famous brands and all this will create services that will bring high-income tourists to Georgia," said Shota Berekashvili.

For information, the Eagle Hills project involves the development of 850 ha - both new infrastructure and recreational spaces will be created. Also, within the project, up to 16,000 residential apartments will be built on 2.4 million sq/m, up to 1,500 rooms, commercial and trade offices and other types of commercial destinations will be created in the hotel part.
