The average price of 5* hotels in Samtskhe-Javakheti was 1,040 GEL in December

In December 2025, the hotel price index in Georgia increased by 3.9% per year, according to the information of the PMC research center.

According to PMCG data, the biggest increase was observed in Samtskhe-Javakheti, Tbilisi and Adjara.

As for the monthly price changes, in December 2025, compared to the previous month, the hotel price index increased by 4.3%. 

"In December 2025, the average price of hotels in family-type hotels was 99 GEL, in 3-star hotels - 150 GEL, and in 4-star hotels - 245 GEL.

In December 2025, the average price of 5-star hotels in Georgia was 504 GEL. The highest average prices were recorded in Samtskhe-Javakheti - 1,040 GEL, in Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 1,001 GEL and in Tbilisi - 639 GEL," the research notes.
