"The company "Rico Group" will build a Courtyard Marriott hotel in the center of Kutaisi. The project will be implemented within the framework of the Marriott International franchise. The project has passed the accreditation of monuments protection at the Cultural Heritage and Monuments Protection Agency, and the document has already been sent to the Kutaisi City Hall, which, according to previous information, has been approved.
